My favorite moment would be when I finally declared.

This journey has been difficult, if it was not for the support of my family I would not have been able to reach my goals. My parents have always been supportive of my education and would support me from home while I was in Santa Cruz.
College has its ups and downs. Would you share with us a favorite moment?
My favorite moment would be when I finally declared. I had applied to declare my sophomore year which was rejected after my appeal. In my third year, I re-applied with the intention to declare Computer Engineering. Finally in Fall of 2021, I was officially declared as Computer Engineering after all the time of struggle. It was a weight off my shoulder to know that it was official.
